新疆福海县新型农村合作医疗运行情况的研究

Study on New Rural Cooperative Medical System of Fuhai County in Xinjiang

目的调查新疆福海县新型农村合作医疗运行情况,并提出建议.方法：对福海县2005～2014年新型农村合作医疗及补偿情况的相关数据进行描述性研究.结果：参加新型农村合作医疗的农牧民达2.963万人,参合率为99.92%,筹资金额为1 558.63万元;门诊统筹补偿88 183人次,住院补偿5 386人次,特殊病种大额门诊（慢性病）补偿1 187人次.结论：完善筹资途径,增加出资比例,可减轻参合农牧民看病就医的个人医疗费用,享受安全、便捷、优质、廉价的医疗服务.

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the new rural cooperative medical system in Xinjiang Fuhai County, and puts forward some suggestions. Methods:A descriptive study of related data of Fuhai county from 2005 to 2014, the new rural cooperative medical treatment and compensation. Results:Over 2.963 million people participated in the new rural cooperative medical system of farmers and herdsmen, the participation rate of 99.92%, the amount of funding of 1 558.63 million yuan;out-patient co-ordinate compensation 88 183 passengers, the hospital compensation 5 386 passengers. Large outpatient special disease (chronic diseases) compensation 1 187 people. Conclusion:The improvement of the financing way, increase the proportion of investment, can reduce the participation of farmers and herdsmen medical doctor's personal medical expense, enjoy a safe, convenient and quality and cheap medical services.
