Balance of Multi-Model Assembly Line in Order-Driven Production Environment

就订单生产条件下的多品种装配流水生产线的平衡问题展开讨论 ,进而建立以优化人力成本为目标多品种装配流水线的人力成本模型 ,最后通过运用混合遗传算法进行流水线的平衡 。

The multi model assembly line balancing problem in an order driven production environment is discussed. A mode of total labor cost (CM) of the multi model assembly line is then proposed. Finally a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is developed to deal with line balancing problem. The algorithm is verified with experiment.
