还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗无排卵性不孕症48例

Huanshao Capsule Combined with Clomiphene Citrate for Treatment of 48 Cases of Ovulatory Dysfunctional Infertility

目的观察还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗无排卵性不孕症的治疗效果。方法将89例无排卵性不孕症患者随机分为2组,治疗组48例,给予还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗;对照组41例,仅给予克罗米芬治疗。治疗3个月经周期后观察两组患者排卵情况、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠情况等指标。结果两组患者排卵率无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗组子宫内膜厚度与妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论联合应用还少胶囊与克罗米芬治疗无排卵性不孕,可改善子宫内膜厚度,提高受孕率。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Huanshao capsule combined with clomiphene citrate （CC） for ovulatory dysfunctional infertility. Methods 89 patients with ovulatory dysfunctional infertility were randomly di- vided into two groups ： the treatment group （ n = 48 ） was treated with huanshao capsule and CC, and the control group （ n = 41 ） was with clomiphene citrate only. After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, ovulation, endometrial thickness, pregnancy and other indicators were observed in the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in ovulation rate （P 〉 0. 05）, but endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Huanshao capsules combined with elomiphene citrate capsules for ovu- latory dysfunctional infertility can improve the endometrial thickness and increase the pregnancy rate.
