94例中药不良反应报告分析

The Report Analysis on 94 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:分析常熟市中医院中药不良反应发生的情况和特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:对94例中药不良反应报告分别从患者年龄、性别、发生不良反应的时间、给药途径、涉及药品种类以及临床具体表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:94例中药不良反应报告中,主要以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,其次为心血管系统、呼吸系统损害;新的和严重的不良反应分别占19.15%、4.26%。结论:中药不良反应与多种因素有关,应坚持合理用药,重视中药不良反应的报告与监测。

Objective：To Analysis what is happening in our adverse drug reactions caused by common Chinese patent medicine and characteristics,provide reference for clinical rational drug use safety.Methods：94 cases of adverse reactions caused by common Chinese patent medicine collected respectively from the patients’ age,gender,adverse reactions of time,type of dosing way,involving drugs and clinical manifestation for statistics and analysis.Results：94 cases of adverse reactions caused by common Chinese patent medicine,mainly in skin and its accessories damage is the most common,followed by the cardiovascular system,respiratory system damage;A new and serious adverse reactions accounted for 19.15% and 4.26%,respectively.Conclusion：The adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine is associated with a variety of factors,should adhere to the rational use of drugs,attaches great importance to the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reaction report and monitoring.
