摘要
以延安车村煤、神木河畔煤、神木榆家梁煤以及山西煤为研究对象,研究了氧化铁(Fe_2O_3)对低阶煤低温干馏的影响,探究氧化铁加入量对干馏产物煤气、半焦及焦油产率的分布特征。得出以下结论:随Fe_2O_3量的增加,煤气及煤焦油产率减少,半焦产率增加。氧化铁催化剂会使煤低温干馏所产半焦外貌变粗糙,增高了半焦的反应性。
Choosing the coal from Yan'an Checun,Shenmu Yujialiang and Shanxi as the research subject,the effect of Fe2O3 for low- rank coal carbonization was investigated,and explored the diflerent adding Fe2O3 for low temperature carbonization production,such as dry distillation gas,carbocoal and distribution characteristics of the tar production rate. The following conclusions: when add the content of Fe2O3,the yield of all tars decrease,gas volume trend to decrease,the yield of all semi- coke increase. Semicoke shapes were observed by SEM scanning.
