摘要
目的:探讨呼吸科推广优质护理服务办法的效果,旨在为患者提供较好的护理服务.方法:对某院2014年2月-2014年5月呼吸科收治的76例患者施常规护理和优质护理措施,调查患者出院后对护理服务的满意度和医务人员的满意度.由专人分发焦虑自评量表(SDS)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)效能表,记录住院当天和出院当天患者SDS和SAS评分.结果:经优质护理服务组的患者、医务人员对护理满意度较常规护理组满意度偏高,差异具有统计学意义(P 〈0.05);患者SDS和SAS评分在住院当天无统计学差异(P 〉0.05),但出院后却具有显著差异(P 〈0.05).结论:优质护理是一种高效的护理措施,能明显提高患者和医务人员的满意度以及缓解患者抑郁和焦虑情绪.
Objective:The investigationon effect ofpromoting the high quality respiratorynursing service measures was designed to provide better nursing service for patients.Methods:76casesof patients received by the respiratory department in a hospital from February 2014 to May 2014 were given routine nursing and high quality nursing.The patients' satisfaction on the nursingservice and medical staffafter discharge was investigated.The anxiety rating scale(SDS),depression self rating scale(SAS)performance table weredistributed to record the SDS and SAS scoresofpatients on administration day and discharge day.Results:The degree of satisfactioninhigh quality nursing service group and medical staff were both than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SDS and SAS scores of patients on hospital day had no statistical differences(P>0.05),while they had significant differenceafter discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing is a highly efficient nursing measure which could obviously increase the satisfaction of patients andmedical staff and ease the patients' depression and anxiety.
