摘要
目的探讨在普外科护理管理中的应用绩效考核的效果和可行性。方法选择2013年1月—2015年1月曾在该院普外科工作的140名护理人员作为研究对象,所有护理人员均为女性,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组70人。对照组研究人员仅给予常规管理,而实验组研究人员给予系统性的绩效考核管理。在绩效考核实施过程中,对各个环节进行监督和管理,每个月进行一次护理人员满意度调查和一次日常护理质量考评。管理者定期或不定期的对护理人员的工作进行抽查,主要抽查内容包括基础护理质量、病房管理质量、整体护理质量、护理文书书写质量、医院感染控制质量、危重病人护理质量、患者对护理服务的满意度等。结果实验组护理人员的基础护理、病房管理、整体护理、护理文书书写、医院感染控制、危重病人护理、患者对护理服务的满意度等指标评分均高于对照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理工作中引入绩效考核管理,可以对护理人员的工作起到很好的监督和管理作用,推进护理人员加强自我修养与完善,这样可以在护理人员之间建立良性竞争,充分调动员工的工作积极性,从而提升护理服务的整体质量。
Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of the application of performance assessment in the nursing management in the Department of general surgery. Methods 140 nurses who had worked in our hospital in January 2013-2015 in January were selected as the research object, and all nursing staff were female. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 70 in each group. The control group was given conventional management, while the experimental group was given a systematic performance evaluation management. In the implementation of performance evaluation, but also for all aspects of supervision and management, each month to conduct a survey of nursing staff satisfaction and a daily nursing quality evaluation. Managers also regularly or irregularly on the work of the nursing staff to carry out random checks, the main sample content including basic care quality, ward management quality, overall quality of care,quality of nursing documents writing, quality of hospital infection control, nursing quality, patient care quality, patient satisfaction, etc. Results The basic nursing, ward management, holistic nursing, nursing documents writing, hospital infection control, nursing care, patient satisfaction and nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between them(P〈0.05). Conclusion In general surgery nursing work introduced performance appraisal management, the nursing staff's work to a good role of supervision and management,promote nursing staff to strengthen self-cultivation and improve, so as to establish healthy competition between the nursing staff, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, so as to enhance the overall quality of nursing service.
