四妙勇安汤加味治疗血栓性浅静脉炎82例

82 Cases of Superficial Thrombophlebitis Treated with Simiao Yongan Decoction

目的:观察中药复方四妙勇安汤加味对血栓性浅静脉炎患者炎性因子的影响及临床疗效。方法:82例血栓性浅静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组(42例)及对照组(40例),治疗组口服中药复方,对照组口服穿王消炎片。结果:治疗后治疗组TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率52.38%,总有效率100%,对照组治愈率25.00%,总有效率90.00%,两组治愈率和总有效率比较,均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:四妙勇安汤加味可以抑制炎症反应,治疗血栓性浅静脉炎具有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula Simiao Yongan decoction on inflammatory factors in patients with superficial thrombophlebitis and its clinical curative results.Methods：Eighty two cases of patients with superficial thrombophlebitis were randomly divided into treatment group（42 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The treatment group took oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine formula and the control group took Chuanwang Xiaoyan tablet orally. Results：After the treatment,TNF level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of IL- 10 was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the cure rate of the treatment group was 52.38%,and the total effective rate was 100%;the cure rate of the control group was 25%,and the total effective rate was 90%. The difference between the two groups on the cure rates and total effective rates were of statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Simiao Yongan decoction can inhibit the inflammatory reaction,with satisfactory curative effects on superficial thrombophlebitis.
