个性化护理干预在口腔颌面部损伤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of specific nursing on patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma

目的：探讨个性化护理干预对提高口腔颌面部创伤治疗效果及护理满意度的作用。方法将2013年8月至2015年5月126例口腔颌面损伤患者随机分为观察组与对照组各63例，对照组给予口腔颌面部创伤常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予个性化护理干预，观察比较两组患者伤口一期愈合率、口腔功能恢复情况以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者伤口一期愈合率、口腔功能恢复有效率明显优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组护理满意度优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（ P ﹤0.05）。结论表明个性化护理干预用于口腔颌面部创伤可有效提高临床治疗效果，提高护理质量及护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and the function of nursing satisfaction of the specific nursing on oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods Randomly divided 126 patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma who were treated from August 2013 to May 2015 into observation group and control group,with 63 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with oral and maxillofacial routine nursing and the patients in observation group were given the specific nursing in addition,the healing by first intention rate,the oral function recovery and the nursing satisfac-tion of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The healing by first intention rate and the effective rate of the oral function recovery of the patients in observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,there was sig-nificant difference between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,there was signifi-cant difference between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions The specific nursing intervention used on oral and max-illofacial trauma can enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,the quality of care and the nursing satisfaction,so it is deserve to popularize and apply in clinic.
