普芦卡必利在女性慢性便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

The Application in Intestine Preparation of Procaine Mosapride in Female Chronic Constipation Patients before Colonoscopy

目的研究普芦卡必利在女性慢性便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中的清洁效果及消化道不良反应。方法将106例女性慢性便秘患者随机分为研究组54例,对照组52例。肠镜检查前研究组口服普芦卡必利1~2mg和聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组口服聚乙二醇电解质散,比较两组的肠道清洁效果及消化道症状。结果肠道清洁效果分为Ⅰ到Ⅳ级,对照组Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级21例,Ⅲ级17例,Ⅳ级7例;研究组Ⅰ级11例,Ⅱ级29例,Ⅲ级9例,Ⅳ级5例,两组肠道清洁效果分级为I级及II级的比例差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.713,P=0.042）。对照组出现腹胀、恶心、呕吐症状共8例,研究组6例,消化道不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1.339,P=0.360）。结论普芦卡必利联合聚乙二醇电解质散在女性便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果更优,但其在肠道准备中的消化道不良反应有待进一步研究,可在临床推广试用。

Objective To research the cleaning effect and untoward effect of alimentary canal in intestine preparation of Procaine Mosapride in female chronic constipation patients before colonoscopy. Methods 106 female chronic constipation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 54 patients in treatment group and 52 in control group. Before colonoscopy let the treatment group take Procaine Mosapride for 1 ~ 2mg and polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion through the mouth while the control group takes polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion only,and then compare the cleaning effect and symptom of alimentary canal between 2 groups. Results The cleaning effect of intestinal tract is divided into four grades from I to IV. The control group has 7cases of grade I,21 cases of grade III,17 cases of grade III and 7 cases of grade IV. While the treatment group has 11 cases of grade I,29 cases of grade II,9 cases of grade III and 5 cases of grade IV. The proportion difference in two groups＇ cleaning effect of intestinal tract graded I and II has statistical significance（ χ~2= 4. 713,P = 0. 042）. The number of cases developing ventosity,ausea and vomitting synptom are 8 in control group and 6 in treatment group,and the incidence rate of untoward effect of alimentary canal has no statistical significance（ χ~2= 1. 339,P = 0. 360）. Conclusion Procaine Mosapride united polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion worked better in intestine preparation in female chronic constipation patients before colonoscopy,but the untoward effect of alimentary canal in intestine preparation needs to be researched further,which could be widely tried out clinically.
