How to Achieve Higher Quality Career Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges

中国高职教育在过去的30多年中取得了巨大发展,随着近十几年高校毕业生逐年增加,高职院校愈加重视职业指导工作。高职院校在职业指导工作上虽然存在许多困境,但是通过近些年的努力仍然取得了一些较大成绩。以辽宁建筑职业学院物流管理专业为例,为了实现更高质量的职业指导采取了相应对策,如职业指导贯穿于整个教学过程中;从职业指导、用人单位、学生联手,大力开展创业教育;提高职业指导教师的素质。

China＇s higher vocational education has achieved great development in the past 30 years, with the increase of graduates in more than ten years, higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the career guidance work. Although there exist many difficulties in career guidance work, through the efforts of recent years it has got achievements. Taking the logistics management major, to get high quality career guidance, it has adopted corresponding countermeasures, such as career guidance through the whole teaching process; conducting entrepreneurship education vigorously from career guidance, employment unit and students, and improving the quality of the career guidance teachers.
