中西医结合治疗面神经炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Observation on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Facial Neuritis

目的观察中西医结合治疗面神经炎的临床效果及优势。方法将92例面神经炎患者按照不同的治疗方法分为2组,对照组(n=46)采用神经营养代谢药物、改善微循环药物、扩张血管药及抗炎消肿药联合治疗,观察组(n=46)在上述西药的基础上给予中药银杏达莫注射液,同时于起病7 d后增加针灸治疗。所有患者治疗4周后进行改良Portmann评分和疗效分析。结果治疗4周后2组改良Portmann评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组改良Portmann评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组总有效率84.8%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗面神经炎的综合疗效明显优于单独使用西药治疗,能够有效快速缓解症状,促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and dadvanta ges of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods 92 patients with facial paralysis were divided into two groups. The control group（ n = 46） used combination therapy with conventional medicine. The experimental group（n = 46） was given medicine ginkgo medicine on the basis of the control group, and used acupuncture and moxibustion 7 d later. Portmann score improvement and therapeutic were analyzed after 4weeks. Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment, the two groups improved Portmann score significantly higher than before treatment（ P〈0.01）, the Portmann score improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.5% which was significantly higher than 84.8% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis was significantly better than Western medicine. It can effectively and quickly relieve symptoms, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
