一例Rett综合征的诊断分析

摘要患儿女，3．6岁，以反复痫样发作2个月余，加重11d就诊。痫样发作表现为双目凝视、左侧肢体抽动，不伴口唇发绀，持续1min左右自行缓解，有发作后短时疲乏。初期每天数次，近10余天每天发作近20次，清醒和睡眠期均有发作，每次发作表现类似。无发热、呕吐，无进行性意识障碍。
