摘要
建立了固体火箭发动机喷管的气固两相流计算模型,对不同铝粉含量的复合固体推进剂的燃气在喷管中的两相流动进行了数值模拟。研究了推进剂中铝粉含量对发动机推力性能的影响规律;通过对速度场和压力场分析并结合推力基本计算公式得出发动机推力变化趋势,结果表明:在其他成分不变的情况下,随着单位质量复合推进剂中铝粉含量的增加,燃气流动速度降低、压力升高,火箭发动机的推力呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。
The calculation model of gas-solid two-phase flow of the solid rocket motor nozzle was estab- lished. We conducted numerical simulation on two-phase flow of gas in nozzle based on different aluminum powder content of composite solid propellant. The effect rules of thrust performance of the engine of different aluminum powder content was researched. The variation trend of engine thrust was concluded by the analysis of flow velocity and pressure distribution and being combined with basic thrust calculation formula. It was showed that in the case of quality score of other components keep unchanged, the flow rate reduces, and the pressure increases and the thrust variation tendency of rocket engine first increases and then decreases gradually with the increase of aluminum powder content of composite propellant per unit mass
