Research on Lap Fillet Welding Joint of Aluminum Alloy with Unequal Thickness for Aviation

摘要 对6 mm厚2219与2 mm厚5A06铝合金进行了不等厚搭接角焊,实验表明采用氦气与氩气二元气体的保护模式及60A焊接电流,可以获得质量良好的焊接接头。金相组织显示,角焊缝5A06一侧的焊缝中心区由细小的等轴晶组成,而角焊缝2219一侧的热影响区晶粒较为粗大。焊接接头各区域中,角焊缝处硬度值最高,高于5A06母材及2219铝合金母材。此外,5A06铝焊缝侧的热影响区硬度比母材低,而2219铝焊缝侧的热影响区硬度值比母材高。 2219Al plates with the thickness of 6mm and 5A06 Al plates with the thickness of2 mm were welded by Lap fillet welding technique. Experiment showed that joints with good quality could be obtained by the adoption of He-Ar mixed gas shield welding and the welding current of 60 A. Metallographic structures revealed that: the centers of the 5A06 welds were consisted of fine equiaxed grains, and the relatively coarse grains were found in the heat affected zone of the 2219 weld. In the different regions of the joints, the fillet weld had the highest hardness value, which was higher than the parent materials of 5A06 Al and 2219 Al. Besides, the hardness of heat affected zone was lower than parent material on the side of 5A06 Al, but it was higher than parent material on the side of 2219 Al.
