摘要
临床实习是将既往学习的理论知识与临床诊断治疗相结合的过程,在眼科研究生角色转换中发挥着重要作用。为提高眼科研究生临床带教的质量,结合多年带教经验,就眼科研究生临床带教的现状及临床带教方法进行探究和思考。在临床实习过程中规范病历书写,提高医患沟通、临床动手操作和临床思维能力是需要重点掌握的内容,针对眼科研究生在这四方面存在的问题,提出相应的措施解决,如病史采集和病案质控,医患沟通教育,眼科基本操作训练,PBL(以问题为主的教学法)结合CBL(以病例为主的教学法)教学法培养临床思维能力,以增强眼科研究生医疗人文素养、激发其学习兴趣,调动其积极性与主动性,达到良好的临床带教效果。
Clinical practice, the process of combining theoretical knowledge with clinical diagnosis and treatment, has a profound effect on role transition of graduate students specialized ophthalmology. In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching, the author combined with the experience in clinical teaching for many years,made thoughts on the situation of clinical teaching and clinical methods in graduate students of ophthalmology.During the clinical practice, medical history collection and writing, the training of physician-patient communication and clinical operational ability and clinical thinking ability are the important contents that graduate students specialized ophthalmology should grasp. Aimed at the problems existed in these four aspects, the author put forward relevant measures to solve them, for instance, randomly checking medical records, teaching students how to communicate with patients, training operation of ophthalmology and developing clinical thinking ability by the application of PBL(Problem-based learning) united CBL(Case-based learning), to enhance medical humanity diathesis, arouse the enthusiasm and interests of studying, finally reach good effect.
