摘要
介绍道路模拟器国内外发展现状及主要应用,针对模拟器商用化提出基于路形的轮耦合道路模拟器;简介路形模拟器原理并建立单通道电液伺服阀控制非对称液压缸的数学模型,通过SIMULINK分析单通道系统的动静态特性,对比线性PID及非线性PID控制系统特性,表明非线性PID控制单通道系统响应精度高且响应速度快。
This paer introduces the development status and application of the road simulator at home and abroad. For the purpose of simulators' commercialization,the road-profile tire-coupled road simulator is proposed. It also explains the road simulator's principle,establishes the mathematical model of the asymmetric cylinder system controlled by the single-channel servo-valve and uses Simulink model to analyze the system's static and dynamic performances. Comparing system's performances under linear and nonlinear PID control the result shows that the single-channel system responds faster and more accurately.
