Influence of the Particle Size of Zinc Powders on Their Application

结合不同行业对锌粉平均粒度的需求,分析了不同粒径锌粉的分散性、颗粒形貌和表面光洁度,研究了其应用范围及应用中的涂膜厚度、涂覆用量、耐腐蚀性能、化学催化效果、收率和成品质量差异。

Combined with the demand for average particle size of zinc powders from different industries, the dispersing property, particle morphology and surface smoothness of zinc powders with different particle sizes are analyzed. Besides, the application ranges of zinc powders are researched, and the following parameters are also studied： the thickness and dosage of coating, the anti-corrosion performance, the chemical catalytic effect, and the yield and quality of finished product.
