摘要
目的分析综合治疗在小儿弱视方面的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的110例经临床检测眼部矫正视力低于0.9的小儿弱视患者(共198眼)作为研究对象,对其综合治疗后的临床疗效进行统计与分析。结果 136只眼基本治愈,58只眼有所进步,4只眼无效,总有效率为97.98%。轻度弱视组治愈率为91.94%,高于中度组的72.90%,中度弱视组治愈率高于重度弱视组的24.14%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对小儿弱视患者实施有效的综合治疗能提高临床治疗效果,有利于患者恢复视力。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive treatment in children with amblyopia. Methods Statistical analysis on the data of 120 cases（180 eyes） of amblyopia after combined treatment. Results 136 eyes were cured, 58 eyes were improved, 4 eyes were ineffective. The cure rate（91.94%） was higher in the mild group than in the moderate group（72.90%）, and the cure rate was higher in the patients with moderate than in the severe group（24.14%）, P0.05. Conclusion Effective comprehensive treatment can improve the clinical treatment effect.
