摘要 研究采用降氰预处理与改进因科法联合处理工艺处理辽宁凤城某矿冶公司含氰废水。预处理最佳工艺参数为p H=7、药剂投加量3.0 g/L、搅拌时间30 min、搅拌速度1 200 r/min。改进因科法最佳工艺参数为p H=7、焦亚硫酸钠投加量0.5 g/L、硫酸铜用量3.0 m L/L、反应时间1.0 h。总氰去除率平均为99.70%,COD去除率平均为70.15%,处理后废水完全能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准。 The treatment of the cyanide wastewater from a mining company in Fengcheng of Liaoning by combined technology of cyanide degradation pretreatment and modified inco-process is investigated.The optimal technological parameters for pretreatment process are p H = 7,addition total dosage of chemical agent 3. 0 g / L,stirring time 30 min,stirring speed 1 200 r / min. The optimal technological parameters for the improved Inco-process are p H = 7,sodium pyrosulfite dosage 0. 5 g / L,copper sulfate dosage 3. 0 m L / L,reaction time 1. 0 h,the average removal efficiencies of total cyanide and COD are99. 70%,70. 15%,respectively. The effluent from treated wastewater could meet Grade I of discharge standard of GB8978-1996.
