摘要
在教学过程中,由于师生之间的个性差异或者误解,往往会出现一系列教师难以控制且在预想之外的问题,又因不同教师所秉持的教学价值观不同,使得课堂教学呈现出了一片复杂但是有趣的动态变化的局面。那么,我们应该如何正确对待课堂中出现的这些"出轨"现象呢?文章对此问题进行了具体分析。
In the teaching process, because of individual differences or misunderstanding between teachers and students, a series of out-expected issues could happen which teachers are difficult to control. Because different teachers hold different teaching values, so that classroom teaching show a complex but interesting dynamic situation.
