腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术的历史与现状 被引量：8

摘要 胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）一直被视为普外科难度最大的手术。随着外科技术的进步,在各大医疗中心胰十二指肠切除术后死亡率已经降至6.0%以下[1-3],然而术后并发症仍然高达32.5%～62.0%[4-6]。微创手术与传统的开腹手术相比具有明显的优势,如术后住院时间短、并发症少、痛苦小,并兼具美容效果等.
