摘要
以自激式脱硫除尘装置为物理模型,通过流体仿真软件,利用标准湍流模型和算法,对装置内三维气液二相流场进行数值模拟,分析装置内部气体和液体两相压力与速度分布状态。针对本装置存在的脱硫除尘不充分,优化装置直通式进气管结构,对比相同时刻的装置内部的压力与速度,证明优化后的装置结构脱硫除尘效果更好、效率更高。
By using turbulence model and algorithm, 3D two-phase flow filed of the self-excitation dust-removal desulfurization equipment is simulated using Fluent software. And the internal gas-liquid two-phase pressure and velocity distribution are analyzed. In view of the existence of the device, the desulfurization and dust removal is not sufficient, and the structure of the air intake pipe structure is optimized. The pressure and speed of the device at the same time are compared with the device; the results prove that the optimized device structure is better and more efficient.
