摘要
针对大采高综采面液压支架,提出了一种立柱增压回路及控制步骤。建立了立柱初撑增压回路的AMESim模型,研究了增压周期、蓄能器容积、增压管路容积等参数对立柱初撑增压回路动态特性的影响,获得了立柱缸无杆腔等的压力特性曲线。研究表明,增压周期和蓄能器容积对该增压回路动态特性影响明显,而增压管路容积对回路动态特性影响较小。
A kind of pressurization circuits and control procedures are presented for hydraulic support in large mining height. The AMESim model of the setting pressurization circuit of the hydraulic support column is established, and the effect of the parameters such as the boost period, the volume of accumulator, the volume of the boost pipe, etc. on the dynamic characteristics of the setting pressurization circuit is studied. The characteristic curves of emulsion pressure in column chamber without piston-rod are gotten. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the pressurization circuit is obviously influenced by the boost period and the volume of accumulator, but less affected by the volume of the boost pipe.
