摘要
笔者以当年生美人蕉为试材,设置了0%(对照),35%,55%,75%4个遮阴处理,进行随机区组试验,3次重复,研究了不同遮阴条件下美人蕉光合作用的变化规律,以期为园林景观中合理栽培和应用美人蕉提供理论依据。结果表明:对照与35%遮阴处理的美人蕉净光合速率表现为双峰曲线变化规律,除12:00之外,其余时间35%遮阴处理与对照之间无显著差异;12:00~16:00之间的蒸腾速率,35%遮阴处理高于对照;35%遮阴处理的气孔导度表现出一直降低的变化规律,8:00~16:00之间均高于对照,其它处理的气孔导度表现为双峰曲线的变化规律;对照胞间CO2浓度始终处于最低值,3个遮阴处理均高于对照。综合分析认为,美人蕉在遮阴35%环境下不会对植株光合作用产生显著影响。
The test studied changes of Canna indica L. photosynthesis under the condition of different shade to provide the theory basis for Canna indica L. reasonable cultivation and application in landscape. One-years old Canna indica L. as materials,which set 4 treatment,the proportion of shade as 0%( CK),35%,55%,75%,randomized block design of experiment,repeating 3 times. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate showed the hyperbola change which in control and 35% shade treatment,35% shade treatment had no significant difference with control except 12: 00; 35% shading treatment transpiration rate was higher than control when in 12: 00 ~ 16: 00; 35% shading treatment's stomatal conductance showed reduced by the change and it was higher than control when in 8: 00 ~ 16: 00; other treatment performance for the Shuangfeng curve; the control intercellular CO2 concentration always at a minimum,3 shading treatments were higher than the control. Comprehensive analysis showed that would not have a significant impact on plant photosynthesis of 35% shade environment on Canna indica L.
