摘要
为保证10万t级海水循环冷却系统的安全运行,对SW203A阻垢剂的投加方案进行研究,并进行工程实际应用。结果表明:当浓缩倍数为2.0时,静态阻垢试验中投加14 mg/L的SW203A阻垢剂即可使悬浮物高达100mg/L的海水不发生结垢;当悬浮物不超过40 mg/L时,SW203A的投加量可降至8 mg/L。动态模拟试验中,8 mg/L的SW203A即能保证循环水的ΔA始终低于0.2。为期1年的应用评价表明,8 mg/L的SW203A投加量能够保证系统在浓缩倍数为1.5~1.8范围内长期安全运行。
To ensure the 1.0×105m^3/h seawater circulating cooling system to run safely,the dosing scheme of Scale Inhibitor SW203 A has been studied,and its practical application implemented. The results show that when the concentration ratio is 2.0,through static tests,adding 14 mg/L of scale inhibitor SW203 A can cause the seawater,whose suspended solids content is as high as 100 mg/L,not to form scaling. When the suspended solids content is not more than 40 mg/L,SW203 A dosage can be reduced to 8 mg/L. Through dynamic simulation tests,8 mg/L of SW203 A is enough to ensure the ΔA of circulating water to consistently remain at less than 0.2. The evaluation of a one-year practical project indicates that 8 mg/L of SW203 A can ensure the system to run chronically and safely when the concentration ratio is in the range of 1.5-1.8.
