板坯连铸凝固传热数学模型的研究与开发 被引量:5

摘要 以二维非稳态凝固传热数学模型为理论基础,结合铸坯在连铸过程中的冷却规律,建立了连铸机凝固传热有限差分数学模型。利用Visual Basic 6.0语言编程,开发出了模拟凝固传热的通用仿真软件,并利用SCIT-1M红外测温仪采集铸坯表面温度,对结果进行验证,误差范围在0.4%~1.1%之间,说明仿真结果真实可靠。 Based on the two-dimensional non-stoady-state heat transfer model, combined with the cooling law of slab casting, a heat transfer finite difference raathematical model ~of continuous casting machine in solidification process was established. Using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, a general software for heat transfer simulation in solidification process was developed. And the results were verified by SCIT-1M infrared thermometer to collect the temperature of slab surface, the error range was from 0.4% to 1.1%, It shows that the simulation results are reliable.
