摘要
结合某大型铅冶炼企业的工艺特点及余热蒸汽现状,采用饱和蒸汽余热发电技术回收富余蒸汽余热,介绍了中压饱和蒸汽余热发电系统的组成、主要设备、技术特点。重点研究了纯凝工况下进汽量对汽轮机发电功率及汽耗率的影响。结果表明,饱和蒸汽发电系统适应余热蒸汽波动的能力较强,经济效率与社会效益显著。
According to the process characteristics and the waste steam position of a large lead smelting enterprise,the cogeneration technology with saturated steam is used to recover the surplus heat of saturated steam.And the configuration,main equipment and technical advantage of cogeneration system with middle pressure saturated steam are introduced in the paper.The impact of the inlet steam flow on power output and steam consumption rate under the condition of pure condensation are focally studied.The result shows that the cogeneration system with saturated steam well adapts to the fluctuation of waste heat steam.The economic and social benefits are obtained obviously.
