摘要
目的:以南京市高淳区大学生村医进行现状调查,以期为高淳区制定大学生村医相关政策和措施提供科学依据,为基层卫生人才建设提供有益借鉴。方法:对高淳区在岗大学生村医全体采用普查法进行调查,共发放问卷21份,回收有效问卷21份,有效回收率100%。结果:大学生村医工程生源不足,男性大学生村医比例高,主要工作内容是提供公共卫生预防保健服务,全科医学专业生源占比较低,收入水平低于高淳区在岗职工平均水平,培训需求与实际培训情况有差距,任职村医规划期较短,总体满意度尚可。结论:为更好推进大学生村医工程,需扩大宣传面,兼顾男女比例招聘,考虑增加全科医学专业招录人数,保障收入福利待遇,加大培训力度,采取分类人才开发模式,构建大学生村医长效机制,从顶层设计推进大学生村医工程。
Objectives To provide status report based on facts and policy recommendations for college student rural doctor project. Methods Census methods were used to investigate 21 student rural doctors. Results This study surveyed a total of 21 student workers in Gaochun. There is a gap between training status quo and training demand. Their career planning for being a rural doctor is short. Conclusion In order to promote college student rural doctor project, sex ratio must be balanced in the recruitment link. In addition, we should from the top-level design level to promote college students rural doctor project, guarantee their income benefits, increase the training efforts, take classified talent development model, construct the long-lasting mechanism.
