80例腔隙性脑梗死性眩晕临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Vertigo Lacunar Infarction Vertigo for 80 Cases

目的观察天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗腔隙性脑梗死性眩晕的临床疗效。方法治疗组40例给予天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液静脉滴注,1次/天;对照组40例给予前列地尔注射液,1次/天,两组均观察14天。结果治疗组有效率为90.0%;对照组有效率为72.5%。两组疗效对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液可明显改善腔隙性脑梗死性眩晕症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gastrodin injection combined Alprostadil injection in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction vertigo. Methods 40 cases in the treatment group were given Gastrodin injection combined with Alprostadil injection intravenous infusion（ 10 ug iv qd）. 40 cases in the control group were treated with Alprostadil injection（ 500 mg iv qd）. Two groups were observed for 14 days. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 72. 5%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gastrodin injection combined Alprostadil injection can obviously improve the symptoms of lacunar cerebral infarction vertigo.
