摘要
教学专业发展是高校教师专业发展的重要内容之一,它的核心在于树立教学学术理念和积极开展教学学术研究。教学学术使教学不仅具有教育属性,还具有学术属性,从而从根本上化解了科研与教学的矛盾,利于高校教学中心地位的复归。教学学术以全新的理念创新教学专业发展、以明确的目标激励教学专业发展、以多种形式促进教学专业发展、以完善的制度保障教学专业发展,为高校教师教学专业发展提供了全新的视角和内生点。
The university teachers＂ professional development should manifest in their teaching by means of providing better ideas, higher aims, more methods, and updated systems for teaching. These shall at the same time be the basis and aims for university teachers＂ professional development.
