药物以微小RNA为靶点治疗心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of drugs targeting on microRNA in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA)是长度约为20-24个核苷酸的微小RNA,参与了许多心血管疾病的病理过程,如心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、心肌纤维化等。近年来研究发现,microRNA可能成为心血管药物的潜在新靶点。本文围绕药物通过调节microRNA治疗心血管疾病的研究进行综述。 MicroRNA is a kind of small RNA,about 20-24 nucleotides. It was involved in pathological process of many cardiovascular diseases,such as arrhythmia,heart failure,myocardial infarction,myocardial fibrosis and so on. Recently studies found that microRNA had become one potential drug target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this review,we summarized the research of drugs targeting on microRNA in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
