复合酶制剂对安格斯肉牛生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Compound Enzyme Preparation on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indicators in Angus Cattle

试验旨在研究复合酶制剂对安格斯肉牛生产性能和血清生化指标的影响,研究选取初始体重为236±22.51 kg的健康安格斯肉牛24头,随机分成4个处理组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组6只,对照组不添加复合酶制剂。结果表明,试验组在补充精料中分别添加3种相同剂量的不同品牌复合酶制剂,补充精料中添加复合酶制剂可使安格斯肉牛的平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组效果最好,比对照组提高7.49%。复合酶制剂对安格斯肉牛血清生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。在补充精料中添加复合酶制剂可显著提高安格斯肉牛的生产性能。

To study the effect of complex enzyme preparations on the growth performance and serum biochemical indicators in Angus cattle, twenty four healthy Angus cattles, initial body weight being 236±22.51 kg, were randomly divided into four groups, control group, experimentalⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲgroup, and each group had six Angus cattles.Control group did not add complex enzyme preparations, experimental groups added respectively different brands of same doses of complex enzyme preparations in the supplementing concentrate. The result showed that adding complex enzyme preparations in the supplementing concentrate could enhance the average daily gain significantly（P0.05）. The best effect was the experimentalⅢ group, increased 7.49% compared with the control group. Complex enzyme preparations had no significant influence on serum biochemical indicators of Angus cattle（P0.05）. Adding complex enzyme preparations in the supplementing concentrate could enhance the growth performance of Angus cattle significantly.
