摘要 乳酸菌是发酵饲料中公认最传统、最安全的发酵菌种,文章对乳酸菌的主要的生理功能及乳酸菌在动物生产中的应用现状作以阐述。 Lactobacillus is recognized as the most traditional and safe fermentation bacteria in fermented feed.This paper reviewed the main physiological functions of Lactobacillus and described the application status of Lactobacillus in animal production.
