摘要
应急物流中军民协同保障能力评价的基础是构建科学合理的评价指标体系。文章通过对一般指标体系构建的原则、应急物流中军民协同保障能力的影响因素和对目前应急物流中军民协同方面的研究进行分析及归纳,构建了较为合理的评价指标体系。并运用AHP法对应急物流中军民协同保障能力进行综合评价,得出应急物流中军民协同保障能力建设优先发展顺序,对应急物流中军民协同保障能力建设有一定的指导意义。
The fondation of military-commercial synergy support capability evaluation in emergency logistics is establishing scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. This paper builds a reasonable evaluation index system through analyzing and inducing the principle of the establishment of index system, the influential factor of military-commercial synergy support capability in emergency logistics and the research of military-commercial synergy support in emergency logistics. Futhermore, do a comprehensive evaluation military-commercial synergy support capability in emergency logistics using AHP, obtaining the priority of militarycommercial synergy support capability development in emergency logistics, which has certain guiding significance for military-commercial synergy support capability development in emergency logistics.
