Objective To explore the measures of resource integration in regionalized central sterile supply department （CSSD）. Methods The regional CSSD was assessed after resource integra- tion by cost accounting methods, assessment results were evaluated by comparison of the data. Results The regional CSSD was the trend of development in the future and implementation of resource inte- gration was the first step. Conclusion Regional centralization of CSSD can effectively integrate the resources of facilities, experts and suppliers, so it plays an important role in reducing the operating cost of hospital and hospital infection control.
