摘要
目的观察智能助行仪对脑卒中足下垂患者步行功能恢复方面的影响。方法将50例脑卒中足下垂患者半随机分为治疗组和常规组,各25例,常规组接受常规康复治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上联用智能助行仪治疗。两组患者均在治疗前及治疗4周结束后评估10 m最大行走速度(10 m MWS)和生理消耗指数(PCI)。结果治疗4周后,两组患者10 m MWS均比治疗前有所提高,PCI也均有降低(P<0.05)。治疗组10m MWS提高和PCI降低与常规组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能助行仪主要通过纠正脑卒中患者足下垂,以提高步行速度和降低生理消耗指数,使步行功能得以改善。
Objective To observe the effect of Easywalk System on walking ability of stroke patients with foot drop. Methods Fifty stroke patients with foot drop were randomly divided into the treatment group( n = 25) and the conventional therapy group( n = 25),the conventional therapy group was treated with the conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the treatment group was treated with the Easywalk System on the basis of the therapy. The 10 m maximum walking speed( 10 m MWS) and the physiological cost index( PCI) were recorded in both of the two groups before and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results The 10 m MWS was significantly elevated and the PCI was significantly reduced in both of the two groups 4 weeks after the treatment compared with those before the treatment( P〈 0. 05). There were significant differences in 10 m MWS,PCI between the two groups 4 weeks after the treatment( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Easywalk System can increase walking speed,improve walking function and reduce the physiological consump index mainly by correcting foot drop in patients with stroke.
