摘要
将一种新型环保载体ZS用于涤纶的常压染色工艺,研究了不同染色条件对织物表观色深度K/S值的影响,并与高温高压染色织物的强力和色牢度进行对比。结果表明,载体质量分数3%(omf),冰醋酸0.8 g/L,染色时间60 min,浴比1∶20,染色温度98℃时,织物染色效果较佳;载体ZS染色织物与高温高压染色织物的色牢度基本一致,均达4级以上,且染色织物的强力变化不大。
A new environment-friendly carrier ZS is applied to polyester dyeing under atmospheric pressure. The effects of different dyeing conditions on the K/S value of fabric are studied, and the color fast- ness and strength of the finished fabric are compared with those of fabric dyed under high-temperature high-pressure conditions. The optimal dyeing effect can be achieved under the conditions of carrier ZS 3% (omf), acetic acid 0.8 g/L, bath ratio 1:20, dyeing at 98 ℃ for 60 min. The color fastnesses of the carrier ZS dyeings are similar to those of high-temperature high-pressure dyeing, and both can reach above Grade 4. The carrier ZS dyeings also have little change in strength.
