摘要
受电弓是利用车顶接触网获取和传递电流的机械组成,是动车组重要组成部件,其状态直接影响动车组的运行安全。文章简要介绍了CRH3C型动车组法维莱受电弓设计特点,并对CRH3C型动车组受电弓升弓操作与降弓操作控制基本原理进行了说明。基于现场实际日常维护方法与经验,对CRH3C动车组法维莱受电弓碳滑板、气囊、部件润滑、风管气密性、升降弓时间以及其他部件提出了检修标准。对日常检修工艺的研究,有助于检修人员维护管理,提高动车组运行可靠性,保证运行安全,对CRH3C型动车组首轮五级修受电弓的检修具有重要参考价值。
The pantograph is a joined mechanical group that takes current from the overhead contact line and transfers it to the roof circuit. So the pantograph is one of the important components and it is complex and changeful for the pantograph of high-speed EMU. In this paper,the characteristics of design is briefly described for CRH3 C EMU; and the operation control principle of rising pantograph and dropping pantograph is introduced. Based on the maintenance method and actual experience on site,the routine maintenance technology standard on components including carbon contact strips,pneumatocyst,components lubrication,air tightness of air hoses,rising and lowering times and other components of Faiveley Pantograph of CRH3 C EMU is presented; the research on maintenance technology can help the maintenance operation of maintainer,improve the operation reliability and ensure operation safety on running for EMU.
