摘要
目的评价钛合金表面纳米氧化锌薄膜对细胞毒性的作用。方法观察小鼠胚胎成纤维L-929细胞在含纳米氧化锌薄膜的钛合金析出液中的生长情况,采用噻唑蓝比色法测定各组细胞的吸光度值,并计算出相对的细胞增殖率,进行细胞毒性评价。结果各组细胞生长状况良好,细胞形态无异常,增值率>80%,细胞毒性等级为1级。结论钛合金表面纳米氧化锌薄膜对细胞生长无毒害作用。
Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of nano-Zn O thin film on titanium alloy. Methods The growth of L-929 cells in the culture solutions consisting of the ions released from nano-Zn O thin film on the surface of titanium alloy was observed. And the absorbance values of the cells were tested by MTT method.The relative growth rate of L-929 cells was calculated and the cytotoxicity of nano-Zn O thin film on the surface of titanium alloy was evaluated. Results The relative growth rate of each L-929 cell group was above80% and the cytotoxicity grade was grade 1. Conclusions Nano-Zn O thin film on the surface of titanium alloy has almost no cytotoxicity.
