新创企业网络导向的测量与功效:基于中国经验的实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 在对相关文献进行回顾分析的基础上,从理论上界定了新创企业网络导向的4个维度,然后通过半结构访谈和探索性分析,将新创企业网络导向维度调整为网络合作性、网络关注度和网络开放性3个方面,并对其量表进行了优化。接着利用183份有效样本,研究了我国新创企业网络导向对企业绩效的直接影响和间接影响。研究表明,虽然网络导向对新创企业绩效的直接作用明显,但却显著小于其通过创业能力对绩效所产生的间接作用。 Based on literature review,this study defines four dimensions of network orientation and then adjusts the dimensions into three,i.e.,network cooperation,network focus and network openness,after semi-structure interview and exploratory study.The measurements proposed are tested and improved.After testing the hypotheses by using 183 samples,we argue that network orientation has direct and positive effect on the performance,which is less than the indirect effect via entrepreneurial capability.
