腹腔镜下卵巢癌根治术的护理配合

Effect of nursing cooperate with laparoscopic ovarian cancer radical operation in patients

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢癌根治术的护理配合措施及效果。方法选择2014年7月-2015年6月行腹腔镜下卵巢癌根治术治疗的患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,分别予针对性的护理措施和常规护理,观察记录2组患者的疼痛症状和住院时间。结果对照组切口疼痛程度较试验组重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的住院时间为(7.03±2.36)d,对照组的住院时间为(10.67±2.51)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于在腹腔镜下行卵巢癌根治术的患者进行针对性的护理干预,有利于改善患者的疼痛症状,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation measures and the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cancer radical operation in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods Select 60 patients of laparoscopic ovarian cancer radical operation under general anesthesia in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with30 cases each. Experimental group（ n = 30） ： were given specific nursing intervention. Control group（ n = 30） ： were given routine nursing. Patients pain symptoms and hospitalized time in the two groups were observed and record. Results Pain degree of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Hospitalized time of patients in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Specific nursing intervention used in patients under general anesthesia undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cancer radical operation,which will be benefit to reduce patients pain symptoms and promote patients recovery.
