摘要
通过响应面法对水浴提取黄秋葵中多糖的工艺条件进行优化。选定料液比、水浴时间和水浴温度作为影响因素,根据单因素试验的结果,利用三因素三水平Box-Behnken Design(BBD)设计法,得到关于黄秋葵多糖提取率的二次回归方程:Y=28.27+0.026A+0.014B-0.02C+0.095AB-2.5×10-3 AC+0.27BC-0.38A2-0.3B2-0.35C2。结果显示:最佳提取参数中液料比为63∶1(mL·g-1)、水浴时间为46min、水浴温度为77℃,多糖提取率达到最大值,为27.87%。
Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction of polysaccha- rides from okra by water bathing. Selected liquid/solid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature were used as influence factors. According to the results of single-factor experi- ments, using 3 factors, 3 levels Box-Behnken Design, the established model was analyzed by BBD to obtain the optimum extraction conditions, and the regression equation was Y=28.27+ 0. 026A +0. 014B- 0.02C +0. 095AB --2.5 × 10-3AC +0.27BC -0.38A2 -0.3B2 -0.35C2. The optimum parameters were: extraction time 46 min at 77 ℃ with ratio of liquid/solid 63:1 (mgog-1), the yield of polysaccharide reached the maximum value of 27.87%.
