摘要
在知识经济时代,企业员工作为知识型人才,已由传统的"经济人"演化成"自我实现人"。但我国许多企业对人才的管理依旧停留在传统的人事管理层面上,严重制约了企业及员工的发展。如何构建企业战略人力资源管理体系、实现企业人力资源管理的战略转型,已成为企业亟待解决的一大难题。在全方位绩效考评机制的基础上,初步构建较为完整的企业战略人力资源管理体系,为企业人才提供一个好的工作环境和平台,推动企业和人才共同的发展。
In the era of knowledge economy, as knowledge based talents, enterprise employees have been evolved into "self realization man"from traditional "economic man". Many China's enterprises still focus on traditional personnel management, and hinder the development of enterprises and employees. How to build an enterprise strategic human resource management system, and achieve the strategic transformation of human resource management has become a major problem for the enterprise. It's proposed to design a comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism, establish a complete enterprise strategic human resource management system, providing a friendly working environment for professionals, and boosting the mutual development for enterprise and talents.
