摘要
为确保钢闸门的安全运行,对在役闸门的主要构件的锈蚀量进行检测,并对钢闸门重锈蚀部位锈蚀量和锈蚀速率进行分析。针对具体工程的钢闸门防腐项目,通过分析研究,提出了钢闸门防腐处理的材料选择、施工工艺、质量控制等具体方法,并应用于实际工程。结果表明,该方法具有可行性和合理性。
In order to ensure the safe operation of steel gate,the corrosion quantity of main components of the existing gates was detected,and the corrosion quantity and corrosion rate of steel gate were analyzed. Through the analytical investigation of a specific steel gate anticorrosion project,the material selection,construction technology,quality control and other methods were proposed and applied to practical engineering. The results showed that the proposed methods were feasible and reasonable.
