依从性评价方法研究综述

Review of Compliance Assessment Methods

目的:了解国内外患者依从性评价方法的研究进展,旨在为提高疾病管理水平、临床合理用药提供建议。方法:通过文献研究,总结目前国内外有关患者依从性的概念、评定方法等。结果:国内外没有一个测量患者依从性的金标准,目前的测量方法主要有监测药物浓度,评价治疗效果,计算药物用量,利用药物治疗监测系统,自我报告法等。结论:需要开发准确可行的评定患者依从性的金标准,进而分析特定疾病依从性的影响因素,提高疾病的治疗和管理水平。

Objective： To understand the resarch progress of assessment methods for patient compliance at home and abroad so as to provide suggestions for improving disease management improvement and rational clinical drug use. Methods： This paper summarized the current concepts and evaluation methods relevant to patient compliance through literature review. Results： There is no gold standard to measure patient compliance at home and abroad, and the current methods include monitoring the drug concentration, evaluating the therapeutic effects, calculating drug dosage, using medication event monitoring system, self-report method and so on. Conclusion： It is necessary to develop an gold standard for accurate evaluation of patient compliance so as to further analyze the factors influencing compliance of specific diseases and to improve the treatment and management of diseases.
