摘要
以"蜜汁"和"寒香蜜"葡萄为试验品种,研究了不同浓度GA_3和TDZ对大田葡萄品种果穗拉长、坐果、无核化、果实膨大以及果实品质的影响,结果表明:2品种总体上提高了穗重和可溶性固形物含量,降低了可滴定酸含量;果穗拉长效果不明显;显著提高坐果率,以盛花前10dGA_3处理效果最佳;显著提高"蜜汁"葡萄的无核率,以盛花前10d50mg/L GA_3处理的无核效果最佳;TDZ和GA_3均对葡萄果粒有膨大效果,但TDZ的膨大效果显著高于赤霉素,可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量无显著变化。
"Mizhi" and "Hanxiangmi" grape varieties as materials, the influence of different concentrations of GAaand TDZ on fruit ear elongating, bear fruit, seedless, intamescentia and fruit quality of field grape varieties were investigated. The results showed that the panicle weight and the soluble solids contents were improved as well as the titratable acid content was reduced, while the elongation effect was not obvious. The bear fruit rate increased significantly. The effect of the GAa treatment of 10-days before full bloom was the best. The seedless rate of "Mizhi" grape increased significantly, and the effect of seedless was the best when the treatment with 50 mg/L GA3was carried out at 10-days before full bloom. Both TDZ and GAa had the effects on the intamescentia of grape fruit, and the intamescentia effect of TDZ was significantly higher than that of GA3, but the contents of soluble solids and the titratable acid were not changed obviously.
