长圆针治疗心脏神经官能症的临床研究

Clinical studies of Chang Yuan Zhen therapy in the treatment of cardiac neurosis

目的观察长圆针治疗心脏神经官能症疗效。方法将89例心脏神经官能症患者,随机分为两组,治疗组44例依据经筋理论,采用长圆针治疗,对照组45例采用西药治疗,观察治疗组和对照组疗效。结果两组患者临床疗效比较:治疗组经治疗后显效率为88.64%,对照组显效率为35.56%,治疗组显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后总有效率为100%,而对照组治疗后总有效率仅为68.89%,总有效率治疗组显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病例精神状态评价:治疗后,治疗组评分明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应比较:治疗组治疗期间,没有发生不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为22.22%(10/45),治疗组不良反应发生率(0)明显低于对照组(22.22%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长圆针治疗心脏神经官能症效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Chang Yuan Zhen therapy in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods 89 patients with cardiac neurosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 44 cases）treated with Chang Yuan Zhen therapy and control group（ 45 cases） treated with western medicine to observe their curative effects. Results The results indicated that the efficiency of the treatment group after treatment was88. 64%,the efficiency of the controls was only 35. 56%,the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05） ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 68. 89%.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between two groups was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Mental state assessment of the patients in the two groups： after treatment,the score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between 2 groups（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse reactions： There was not any adverse reactions in the patients in the treatment group during the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 22. 22%（ 10 /45）,the incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between groups was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effects of Chang Yuan Zhen therapy in the treatment of cardiac neurosis is significant,which is worthy to be widely applied in clinical practice.
