摘要
中国OEM企业原有低成本的比较优势减弱,亟需提升企业技术水平以转型升级。本文采用案例分析方法,选取比亚迪公司作为研究对象,对其OEM升级路径进行探索性研究,分别对OEM、ODM、OBM和海外并购4个阶段进行分析归纳,总结出企业通过OEM、ODM、OBM方式进行资本、技术等方面的积累为海外并购提供了支持,而海外并购能够使技术知识等直接内部化来提升企业技术能力以促进企业的转型升级。研究结论对OEM企业转型升级具有一定的借鉴意义,并且给代工企业转型提供了新的视角。
Chinese OEM enterprise faces a problem that its comparative advantage of low cost weakens, and they urgently need to improve the technical level of enterprises to transform and upgrade. This paper has selected BYD Company as the research object and made an exploratory study of OEM's upgrading path through case study. By making analysis and summary on the four separate phases, OEM, ODM, OBM and overseas merger and acquisition, this paper summarizes that enterprises accumulate capital and technology by the way OEM, ODM, OBM and then provide support for overseas merger and acquisition. Conversely, overseas mergers and acquisitions directly internalize technical knowledge to enhance enterprise technical ability in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise. The research conclusion has certain reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of OEM enterprise, and also provides a new perspective for the transformation of OEM Enterprises.
