曲美他嗪与地高辛治疗前后心力衰竭患者心脏超声指标比较

Comparison of Cardiac Ultrasound Index Change of Trimetazidine and Cardiox in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的:探究曲美他嗪与地高辛对心力衰竭患者心脏超声指标的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年9月笔者所在医院接收的60例心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对60例患者均实行吸氧、扩血管等常规治疗方法,对照组患者加用地高辛进行治疗,观察组患者采用曲美他嗪联合地高辛进行治疗,观察两组患者心脏超声指标。结果:观察组的心脏超声指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在使用地高辛的基础上加用曲美他嗪能够较好地减轻患者的心脏负荷,改善患者的心功能,值得在临床治疗中受到重视以及借鉴应用。

Objective：To explore the effects of Trimetazidine and Cardiox on cardiac ultrasound indices in patients with heart failure.Method：60 patients with heart failure in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.60 patients were treated with oxygen inhalation and conventional therapy,the control group was treated with Cardiox,the observation group was treated by Trimetazidine combined with Cardiox,the cardiac ultrasonic indices were observed in the two groups.Result：The improvement of cardiac ultrasonic indices in the observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which higher than 73.33% of control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of the use of Cardiox plus Trimetazidine can better reduce the patients with cardiac load and improve heart function,it is worth in clinical treatment attention and use for reference.
